Abiy Ermias , Doctor of Pharmacy, brings more than two decades of experience in the healthcare and service sectors, grounded in a strong background in health and pharmacy (registered pharmacist in the State of Texas). His career has given him deep insight into the needs of individuals across all walks of life, shaped by his exposure to diverse communities in Europe, Africa, and North America.

Caring for elderly residents is not just professional work for Aby.  It’s personal. With aging parents of his own, including a father in his nineties, he understands the emotional and practical challenges families face. This lived experience fuels his belief that every resident deserves a true “home from home,” a place where they feel valued, respected, and cared for as if they were in their own family home.
